What our process looks like:
When you contact us about one of our puppies you're going to have questions and that's good! Please make sure you are doing any necessary research you need to make sure this is the right breed for you. Ask as many questions as you need to feel sure about this decision. Deposits: a deposit is the ONLY WAY we hold puppies. If you call and ask about a puppy but need more time to make a final decision that is fine- however this does not mean we are holding that puppy for you. The only way to hold a puppy is by our non-refundable deposit that is due immediately after making your decision. For deposits we accept Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal (5% handling fee associated with PayPal method). Deposits go towards the cost of the puppy. Deposits are transferable- meaning that if you place a deposit on one puppy during pick up change your mind and wish to get another available puppy there is no additional fee to change puppies.
Pick-Up: We always encourage customers to come to our facility and pick up their new puppy in person. This allows you to see our property and kennels and know exactly how and where your pup was raised. This also allows new owners to meet your puppy's parents in person, if you so choose. If you are unable to travel to us, we do offer shipping options.
Shipping & Delivery: We frequently ship puppies all over the country and offer this service at an additional charge (prices vary from $400-500). We are usually able to ship to your nearest airport. We occasionally do deliveries (depending on your location/chosen meeting point), there is also a fee associated with this but is distance based.
Health Certificates and Guarantees: All puppies are up to date on any vaccines and dewormings. All puppies come with a signed health certificate from our veterinarian, we also will provide his name and number should you like him as a reference. Our contract and health guarantee is laid out as follows: puppies must see your vet within five business days of pick-up (unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon by new owner and breeder) and should any birth related or congenital defects making the puppy unsuitable as a pet arise within the first year we will replace your puppy- if no new puppies are available within 6 months we will refund the cost of the puppy (this does NOT include any shipping fees)
Other Information: Our puppies are sold as pets only. It is written in our contract that ALL puppies are sold on a spay/neuter agreement and if you fail to do so it can render our guarantee void. If you go against our agreement and choose to bred your puppy you are responsible for any and all fees associated with that process. We highly encourage spaying/neutering to eliminate any possible complications that can arise and any unwanted pregnancies.
